一、适用范围

滗水器是SBR法，CASS法，ICEAS法等污水处理工艺中最常用的关键机械设备，它可在排水阶段随水位变化而自动升降，将已处理的上清液自表面排出，而表面的浮渣被有效地截留在反应池内。
我公司开发研制生产的XBS型旋转式滗水器采用可调整行程推杆结构，超常堰口采用同步推杆，在堰口长度方面实现了新的突破。该滗水器行程精确可调，具有滗水效果好、动作灵敏可靠、能耗低、无噪音、自动化程度高、集中管理方便，体积小、故障率低、维护方便等优点。
可广泛适用于城市污水处理厂及造纸、啤酒、制革、制药、食品、垃圾处理等行业的污水处理中。

二、工作原理
旋转式滗水器由滗水装置、传动装置、撇渣浮筒装置及回转支承等组成。驱动机构通过可伸缩推杆带动滗水装置绕回转支承旋转，从而使滗水堰口上下移动，达到滗出上清液的目的。

Scope of application:

It can automatically rise and fall with the change of water level at the drainage stage, and discharge the treated supernatant from the surface, and the surface scum is effectively trapped in the reaction tank.

XBS rotary water decanter developed and produced by our company adopts push rod structure with adjustable travel and synchronous push rod with super-normal barrier mouth, which makes a new breakthrough in the length of barrier mouth. The decanter's stroke is precisely adjustable, and has many advantages, such as good drowning effect, sensitive and reliable action, low energy consumption, no noise, high degree of automation, convenient centralized management, small size, low failure rate, and convenient maintenance. It can be widely used in urban sewage treatment plants and sewage treatment in paper, beer, leather, pharmaceutical, food, garbage treatment and other industries.

Working principle:

The rotary decanter consists of a water-repellent device, a transmission device, a slag pontoon device and a slewing ring. The driving mechanism drives the water-repellent device to rotate around the slewing ring through the telescopic push rod, so that the water sluice mouth moves up and down to achieve the purpose of scooping out the supernatant liquid.
